Morning,
Thank goodness its the weekend and i dont have to go out if i dont want to in the cold. It snowed again last night and settled on the road again. And the weather people say its going to carry on snowing here all weekend. Im starting to get worried about my poor fish in the pond outside!
My OH has gone to work today to do overtime, his braved the snow on the roads as he lives and works out in the sticks so its very tricky driving for him espically as theres so many hills on the way to his work to tackle. he made it there though at 6.30am! Brrr, rather him than me!
So i dont have any excuses now not to list some bits on ebay. Im not going to do any BIN's as not sure how long the weather is going to be like this for.
Im hoping my glue spots will turn up today so i can have a day of card making in the warm!:D
So a quick to do list today:
- take photo's of items
- list on ebay
- check banking online
- tidy up my room
- check jobcentre jobs online (im being to hate my work place)
- print out and fill in council housing forms (thought i may aswell put myself on the list after many years of meaning too, then i could apply for different schemes e.g. shared ownership etc)
- scan some pictures ive been meaning to put on facebook to embrass my cousins
- enter as many comps as i can findMake £5 a day JAN £121/175 FEB £283/175:jWeekly Grocery budget of £35! Jan £95.05/175 Feb £37.53/1750 -
Morning Maria,
Hope you will have a relaxing day. My OH is at work too, faced the snow (or the lack of it) so should be on my own till mid afternoon. Let us know if you found something on jobcentre, hope findin a new job won't be too stressful. And do scan your cards afterwards, looking forward to see what you produced0 -
My OH is at work today too. Still in my PJ's, too cold. Think it snowed here slightly last night the roads are white and there is a slight dusting in the places in my garden where it had melted yesterday.0

Well postie didnt bring my glue spots
Although he did bring my £10 next voucher
So instead i went in the garden and started to build an iglu! Only a small one my plan was to biuld it for my dog to fit in...poor thing. I havent quite finished it yet, its started snowing heavy again so ive stopped for now.
Ive just starting listing a few items on Ebay. At last i have put the teasmade i got from freecycle on there, im hoping that might make about £25.Make £5 a day JAN £121/175 FEB £283/175:jWeekly Grocery budget of £35! Jan £95.05/175 Feb £37.53/1750 -

The snow here has melted loads today thank god.
Ive just sold the teasmade i put on ebay yesterday, somebody is coming to pick it up tomorrow. They said they would give me £20 but i asked for £5 more as it has the original instruction manual which is pretty rare. Thinking about it now i should of sold the teasmade and manual seperate for top money. but it didnt cost me anything anyway. So i have a profit of £25.I will add it to my £5 extra a day when he pays for it tomorrow.
