Hi All,

Just writing to let you all know, I carn't believe i've been successful in such a short space of time.

I came accross this web site in early september and didnt think it could actual work for me, even though I did know I was mis sold ppi, but thought i'd have a go for the price of a recorded delivery postge.

I sent off a my SAR letter and £10 cheque and credit aggrement copy request letter both on 25th September, 2009 recorded delivery and recieved all the requested information on 8th October, 2009.

I then put together my letter my mis -sold ppi and off it went on 12th October, 2009 again recorded delivery.

I recieved a letter back from egg acknowledging my complaint on 15th October, 2009 saying they would lookin in to it blah blah blah blah.

Then to my surprise I recieved a letter on 17th October, 2009 saying they have arranged for a full refund of all preimums charged to my account, together with the associated interest.
£582.86 CRP Premiums
£105.08 Interest
And a cheque would be sent out under seperate cover and confirming my complanit is now closed.
But no admitting to mis-selling. I'm sure the interest should also be more as I had the card since 2003. But still very happy.

Today a letter and a cheque have arrived for the total amount £688.66.
I'm so happy and carn't believe it.

Everybody keep trying, hopfully it will all be worth while.

MBNA Loans x 3No (1998, 2004 and 2006), Barclaycard Credit Card. All 4 just awaiting discussions, and the tricky capital one who haven't as yet even replied to my SAR request but they did cash the £10 cheque a week ago. They have until the 9th November, 2009 then the 8 weeks is up.
