Claire - as far as I know, all bingo sites will deduct ticket purchases from your cash balance first. If you don't have a cash balance, they will deduct the purchase from your bonus. Therefore, as you have discovered, what you can't do is accumulate cash winnings whilst buying tickets out of the bonus pot.
