    Arghhhhhh!!! Went out to do the three shops this afternoon, two of them were shut, one was being locked up as we got to it, 15 mins before its posted closing time. Did the third then driving home my Dad's car clutch has gone so we had to wait for a recovery truck (we just had to have decided to take the scenic route home....) on the plus side we made friends with a rather bemused sheep who was having lunch near where the car finally rolled to a stop (we were trying to get it to a car parking area but didn't quite make it).
    It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Love it.
    Sorry, you're probably really annoyed at your bad day... but the bemused sheep having lunch when your car rolled to a stop was just hilarious.
    Spat my coffee down me now. :o

    Well feeling really chuffed today, we have decided to sell our Wii Wii fit etc etc and think we should get about £250 for it with all the extra stuff we have :beer: we bought it less than a year ago with prize winnings but really don't use it so with it being Christmas its a good time to sell. Also both DSs have portable dvd players that they don't use so they are going on ebay too so we should hopefully make the £10 a day months target within the next week :j:j:j. So I will be checking Ebay every five minutes now to see hoiw many watchers/bids we have :D

    Well done everyone else on their progress so far this month, I have the last two months to make up for not reaching target but everyone else seems to be doing fab :cool:
    May 2015 £10 a day currently £208

    The two shops was frustrating but I've emailed the ms company about the one closing early, the other was a comp job so they probably didnt know it was shut Sundays. The third job was a meal so had quite a nice meal which my Dad paid for, coz we'd been out ms'ing I had my camera with me so I have a few piccys of the poor sheep, my Dad thought I was nuts taking photos of the poor thing!

  • He does look a bit confused actually. Poor Shawn. :confused:

    Anything daft like that right amuses me. Prob cos I'm right immature. :rotfl: Can imagine it being like a scene of something like Last of the Summer Wine where the car just roles to a stop and it's dead silent... then you just hear this little "baaaaaa" :rotfl:

    ps- is the shop that shut early still going to pay you? Wasn't your fault after all. x
  • Your pic made me laugh out loud and spill my coffee :) Sorry you had such a bad day, but hope that as it made lots of us smile you are happier now :beer: (or soft-drink!) x
