quickest ever amazon sale?

Hey all,

I've put up a gameboy gamepak on amazon, no instructions no packaging. I put it up for £6.99, fair price I thought. There were 2 other games on there packaged etc asking price of £40-£50!! Claimed theye were rare, etc, but as I picked my copy up 3 years ago from the high street thought they were just trying it on. I thought the other prices had to be a mistake, so kept my price. Literally an hour later I've had a buyer!

Wondering now if that was a rare game, and had I listed at £30 could have still had a sale. I don't care, cos it's just unwanted stuff I want out the house asap, so it's £6.99 (minus fees, natch) that I didn't have before, and I am now no longer the proud owner of a game about small furry hamsters.......

What's the quickest sale anyone's had on ebay or amazon?
This year I'm getting organised once and for all, and going to buy a house with my wonderful other half. And that' s final!

Current Pay Off Target : £1500

I always list the books I buy from the charity shop when i get home, and sometimes they are sold the same day, which doesnt give me a lot of time to read them, before I have to send them off, still it covers my costs, and I usually manage to read it first.

I listed a star wars PC game for around £18 one evening... was pleasantly surprised that the next morning it had sold. Took it to work and posted it that day :)

Never underestimate the buying power of star wars geeks! (It wasn't my game, by the way ;-))
    My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j

I sold some spare Little Britain tickets in an hour - and I thought my Buy-it-Now price was pushing it a bit too. I only broke even on what I'd paid but I had noticed others selling for a lot less. I listed them at Midnight and when I woke up the next day I saw that they had sold at 1am!

I have also bought stuff just 10 minutes after they have been listed, then paid immediately by Paypal which has amazed some sellers who are still sitting there listing their other items!

I just do a Buy-it-Now 'newly listed' search some evenings (in between browsing MSE of course) and often find great bargains just put on ebay.
