o2 money card error

I used the card to withdraw money on Saturday, their systems took off the transactions twice!
They say I should get a refund tomorrow, poor service in my opinion!

You should call them and say that your daily interest rate is 50% for any unauthorized money transactions and that they owe you for "borrowing your money"

I have the same problem with my paypal card, a meal i bought while in Gibraltar on Tues has been taken twice! Made me look a right idiot when i tried to use my card earlier today!!!

How is it poor service?
There was an error, they are correcting it once discovered within a couple of days.

to instances posted in the same thread on the same day by two different people - suggests the service is good in that it is being corrected quickly - but also that the system is flawed, unreliable, and flakey

its poor service as I cant access my money when I need it and making me look like an idiot when my card gets refused!
