Scrubbed the kitchen and bathroom with stardrops (amazing - the house is gleaming and I've used so little. Will be keeping that up)

Going to make HM ice cream tomorrow so saved the supermarket tub to put it in (saving cost of a new plastic tub)

Phoned HSBC about making an overpayment - have to call back next week but its a start.

    No Spend Day

Going to mums for tea - roast chicken. I have to cook but no cost at all. If I remember I'll get the chicken bones for some stock too.

Saved the tomato sauce from last nights tea to make lasagne tomorrow

oooh...so fired up about overspending that I went a bit mad with the cooking and so after a little while in the garden, cooked tea for me and kids and also managed to cook two more meals for freezer for next week. Used up all turning veg too. Only used one of the little packs of reduced mince too - others are in freezer.

    Feeling very pleased :)

Now just have to make 2 meals out of eac of the meals I planned this week to eek out the supermarket shop (really motivated today!)

Will def list some more things on amazon & ebay today - lots of people buying this weekend so far.

I really really wanted to shop today so I had a good read through this site and decided to enter a load of competitions instead. It's cost me nothing. I've entered them all through an email address that was kind of spare / don't use so it doesn't matter about spam and i've spent nothing! Ok, i'll probably not win but I SPENT NOTHING! Yeahhhhhhhhhhhhh!

We fancied something sweet today, so instead of going to the corner shop and using the switch card and paying 60p for the priviledge, my daughter and I made fairy cakes.

We had a great time and they were scrummy!
