iTunes - Help needed

My link into iTunes keeps putting me into the US site, not the UK one, as it used to.
I can still play the stuff I have in my library but cannot download, because it tells me that I need to be in the UK site - this is particularly galling 'cos the US site is cheaper.
Can anyone tell me how to change back to the UK site ?, I just can't see how to do it.

when you click 'music Store' on the left you should be able to scroll to the bottom and see a US flag.
just use the menu beside it to select UK
