1. The promoters are Meemi Ltd trading as my-wardrobe.com (registered in England, number 4627828) and Cowshed.
2. This promotion is open to all residents of the UK and Ireland, aged 18 and over, except for employees of my-wardrobe.com and Cowshed and any of their subsidiaries or any companies or agencies directly connected with the creation and administration of this promotion or their families
3. No purchase is necessary to enter. By entering the prize draw (either as the initial entrant, or as the entrant’s friend) you agree to receive email communications from my-wardrobe.com and Cowshed. You are free to opt out of both at any time
4. The closing date for entries is 16th Nov 2009
5. The prize consists of the following:
• Cowshed Spa Treatments at Cowshed Carnaby up to the value of £100 each.
• Redeemable against Cowshed treatments and products.

• Only available at Cowshed Carnaby, Monday to Wednesday.

6. Only one entry into the draw will be accepted per person. Entry into this competition will be deemed to constitute full acceptance of these terms and conditions. No responsibility is assumed for any lost, delayed or incomplete entry forms
7. Entry instructions form part of the rules. By completing the entry form/entering the prize draw, the prize winner confirms his/her agreement to take part, and allow the use of their name, in any associated publicity
8. This prize is non-negotiable and non-refundable
10. This prize is non-transferable to any other person and no cash or credit alternatives are possible.

13. The draw will be conducted within 28 days of the closing date
14. The first prize winner will be the first name drawn at random from all entries submitted from all eligible participants
15. The winner will be notified by e-mail within 28 days of the closing date, and is required to accept their prize by e-mail within 4 days of notification. In the event of non-acceptance within the specified time period, the winner will forfeit any and all claim to the prize awarded but not accepted. Another winner will be selected and notified, following which, the same acceptance terms apply. Cowshed and my-wardrobe.com reserve the right to deal with the prize unaccepted in such manner as it, in its absolute discretion, thinks fit. The competition promoters reserve the right to cancel this competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in their opinion, or if circumstances arise out of their control
16. The promoters may substitute any prize that is awarded pursuant to this promotion as it, in its sole discretion, may determine

Winner Selection:

26. The result of the Free Prize Draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
