Zavvi Problems with stock

Ordered some psp umd's 4 october so far only one turned up, 5 emails and still they continually say all items in stock they are awaiting stock pick.

Does this mean they are back to the same problems when woolies went bust?

Warning if you want stuff for xmas, i wanted mine for a birthday present on 16 october.

I ordered 2 xbox360 games for my son last week. Both games were the same and on the same order (he was ordering one for his friend). It said on the online statement that there was 2 ordered, and the price was £59.60 for both, and it said both had been sent out. One game came and on the invoice it gave the price as £29.80. It didn't say the other one was to follow. £59.60 had already been taken from my account so we were a bit worried. We e-mailed Zavvi and they said they had both been sent out the same day. The second game came 3 days later. I don't understand why they just didn't send them both together, especially as they were ordered together and the payment for both were taken at the same time.
