Did anyone manage to get anywhere with a payment plan for wonga? My mother is struggling with them at the moment and the amount is just going up and up

I paid Wonga off as soon as i sold my car as i did look into the payday loan companies that are difficult to arrange payment plans with and paid them off first. Unfortunately, Wonga were one of the most difficult. Sorry 0 -
Update time
My account with QQ is still on hold while the F.O.S investigate my complaint.
Still paying off Payday Express who have been fantastic. £250 to go and should be able to chip extra off this month
PTP - finally heard from Clarity - offered £45 per month minimum and the guy seemed really surprised and said that was a good offer lol.. just waiting for them to accept it now.
