Several years ago I applied for a overdraft on my business account with LloydsTSB, the manager insited I take out an accident policy or I would not get the overdraft. Anybody have any idea if this is classed as missold PPI. Thanks

Yes if you were told that you could not have the overdraft unless you bought the insurance as well. Have you cancelled the insurance now?:mad:0 -
Thnaks. I have cancelled this now. This goes back many years, when my business became quiet and I stopped using business account this was transferred to personal account. I am still chasing LloydTSb for unfair charges.
