hi, when i bought my car i thought it was via fianance but turned out the car company had took a loan out for me, which has PPI included which i didnt know about at the time. is it possible to try and reclaim that PPI??

If this is the case in my opinion you have a case, just as long as you have not made a successful claim for eg: Sickness/unemployment since knowing this was added to the finance.

You write to the ones who arranged and sold you the loan/ppi, with your reasons as stated, also check in the link below with more info, a checklist of mis selling reasons, in case any more reasons apply to you, and you will also find reclaiming template letters, you can use them if you want to or a as a guide, they have 8 weeks in full to respond, keep at them until they resolve in your favour, the final decision should also enclose details of the financial ombudsman service (FOS), if eligible you can take your complaint to these if your not happy with the outcome of your complaint.
