Then bring the entry form along to The OUTLET Visitor Welcome Centre or the U105 Radio Roadshow between 10am and 8pm Friday 30th October 2009!

Disneyland Holiday Terms & Conditions
1. Only 1 entry per person which must be handed in to the Visitor Welcome Centre or the U105 Radio Roadshow between 10am and 8pm on Friday 30th October 2009. Entries will only be accepted during this period of time.
2. Postal or email entries will not be accepted.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. The “Family Holiday to Disneyland Paris Competition” is open to UK and ROI residents only and entrants over 21 years of age and over. When contacted the prize winner must provide proof of age.
5. Employees of The OUTLET, affiliated and associated companies, and employees of third party suppliers and promotional agencies and their families are excluded from taking part in this prize draw.
6. No responsibility is accepted by the promoter for ineligible or fraudulent entries.
7. By entering this competition you will also receive the promoter’s e-newsletter containing the promoter’s latest news and offers. You can unsubscribe to this at anytime.
8. The prize winner will be drawn at random by the promoter on 3oth October 2009 and shall be notified by email, telephone or in writing to the address supplied by the promoter within 1 week of the prize draw.
9. The Promoter’s decision concerning the choice of winner will be final.
10. The prize needs to be taken between November 1st 2009 and 31st October 2010, excluding peak periods and travel blackouts.
11. All components of the prize must be taken on the same trip & are subject to availability.
12. The maximum prize value is £650. This is based on research undertaken on travel and accommodation costs in October 2009.
13. The prize consists of one £650 holiday voucher which must be used for a family holiday to Disneyland Paris. Flights and accommodation are to be booked through Lurgan Travel and are subject to availability.
14. It is the passengers’ responsibility to hold a valid passport and any other travel documents required by the UK/Ireland or the country of destination.
15. The prize winner must claim their prize within 30 days of notification. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable or failure to reply as specified in the notification within the time stated therein may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
16. If due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s control or if the Promoter deems it necessary to suspend, amend or cancel the prize draw, the Promoter reserves the right to do so.
17. No liability shall be taken for entries lost, damaged or delayed in transmission. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for participants being unable to participate in this prize draw, or if their entry is late or lost, due to any problem, technical or otherwise. Proof of a receipt and in store confirmation of valid entry is essential.
18. The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable, non-refundable and there are no cash alternatives. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
19. Except otherwise stated in these terms and conditions, normal terms and conditions of The OUTLET/Bridgewater Management Ltd apply to the prize.
18.The OUTLET may wish to use winners names for editorial and publicity purposes on their website and for PR. It is a condition of the entry of this prize draw that you agree to publicity and the use of your name and photograph. Any information provided by participants will be used by the Promoter for this prize draw and where participants have opted-in to receive communications from us, for updating participants of any other Promoter marketing activities. In all other respects the Promoter’s privacy policy shall apply.
19.Contestants entering the prize draw agree to be bound by the above terms and conditions unconditionally.
20. By entering, participants release and hold harmless the promoter, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability and any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this promotion to the extent permitted by law.
