    You do realise this is a UK-based forum, and terms such as 'MLS' are meaningless here.....?
  • thanks for this but we live in the UK!! The UK market is very traditional and uses Estate Agents with very few people doing for sale by owner.

    A third party home inspector will check the property and its' systems inside and outside. They will provide you a detailed list of needed repairs or items of concern. If you complete repairs and address all these items you will be way ahead your property buyer and their inspection team.
