done a search on google and I cannot find anywhere to buy these in the uk.
Anyone else came across these type of mp3 players and if so where?
Not sure if this is the place to ask this.. if not please let me know which of the forums is..?

Personally I would never buy from a seller with no feedback. The fact that they are charging VAT on top of the final auction price and yet don't show VAT registration details also concerns me a bit.
I know they say they are UK based (in several different places) but this has all the hallmarks of a Far East seller, the auction is in the exact style of others I have seen and the £6.99 p and p costs rather imply this is not just travelling within the UK.

I've never seen a seller publish their VAT credentials on an auction. I never did but always issued a VAT receipt. They are a legitimate company:Name & Registered Office:
ESHOP-XPERTS LTD
ESHOP-XPERTS, PO BOX 630
7 SANDRINGHAM CLOSE
WHITLEY BAY
TYNE & WEAR NE29 1BE
Company No. 05776030
Status: Active
Date of Incorporation: 10/04/2006
Country of Origin: United Kingdom
I'd be tempted to give them a go on the basis of the above. They are only listing one item for sale; a scammer would have hundreds.
Returns policy is a concern though. A UK company MUST accept returns of faulty goods. Can I help?0 -
i've emailed the seller about the returns bit in case its faulty and they said they have missed it off the auction and will add it today.=======================

I personally wouldn't buy from the seller quite simply because they have a 0 feedback rating.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

As for the VAT question ebay say this:
Also, in the item description, the seller should set out clearly the amount or percentage of VAT that will be charged.

Yes, far better to wait until they've bought a few screen savers and some wallpaper.razorbladekisses wrote:I personally wouldn't buy from the seller quite simply because they have a 0 feedback rating.0 -

Surely though before buying electrical items from a very low feedback seller you would check what previous feedback is for?

I don't know, I've never actually been in the situation of buying such an item from such a seller.
It does seem that the idea that you'd always let someone else take the risk before you did is a little selfish, to say the least.
There are always indicators in the auctions themselves that give you a reasonable idea of the bona-fides of the seller, and I would only ever use pp for that kind of transaction.0 -
I agree that newbies have to be given a chance, and in fact I have no problems at all in letting them bid on my auctions. HOwever, I do have problems with someone joining ebay and launching straight into selling.
Some people find ebay difficult and if they do have problems it is easier to sort them out if they are a buyer as a seller can talk them through the process. A new seller might not appreciate their responsibilities as they have never actually dealt on ebay before. We have had newbies on here complaining that they have an irate buyer who wants an item even though it finished at too low a price, or of course the perennial 'item got lost and buyer thinks I should refund' scenario.
When people ask on here about selling we tend to advise that they buy a few odds and ends first, see how it all works and how transactions proceed. Once they are comfortable with the idea of buying and selling they can then launch into selling. A scammer is unlikely to want to waste time building up some decent feedback through sales and that itself it something I look for in a low feedback seller. I wouldn't buy from a seller with no feedback, or even feedback built up on 1p BINs, however I would consider a new seller with a good solid feedback history from average priced purchases.
