Lloyds TSB credit card reclaim address... confused!

in Reclaim bank & credit card charges
Sorry to be asking such a basic question here but I'm very confused as to which address to send a credit card charges reclaim letter.

I've hunted around the forum and come up with 3 addresses and elsewhere I've found others so how do I know which is the one to go for?... :huh:

I'm leaning towards...

or should it go to...
