Credit card's and CPP

My credit card has been pushed way over the my what I consider to be a fraudulent transaction by CPP and Capital one who authorised the payment in the first place when my card was on it limit. I am now being hounded daily by Capital one's call centre for payment's that since I have been made redundant I simply cannot afford.

I contacted CPP to cancell this policy and was informed that this had been done...Ironically they have no record of this in the terms and conditions for this policy it stated that they would automatically renew your policy if you didnt contact them to cancell (how convienent then that they have no record of my cancellation):mad::mad:
but that they would automatically cancel your policy if payment was not received.

This i think perhaps might be my saving grace please tell me if I am wrong but me being on my limit on the card the payment for the CPP should of bounced therefore cancellation should have happened?????

HELP hwere do you think I should turn now???
