Preparing for Tribunal - any advise?

I've just had the form back from the tribunal people stating I have 21 days to provide information etc.......
I am doing this on my own so any advice would be greatfully accepted as to what I should do and what I should include or, if I really should be appointing a solicitor.
Thanks

I assume that you submitted your application, the Company responded and the letter that you currently have is the directions for the actual tribunal? This usually states things like agreed bundle of documents by xx, statements to be exchanged by xx. Your comment that you have 21 days to provide information is usually when either party has requested information that has not been forthcoming and the other party requests direction from the tribunal.
The whole thing about ET is that you can represent yourself and keep the costs down. If you have a straightforward case then it may not be necessary to employ a lawyer. Alternatively there are no win no fee lawyers around, but they do take a significant portion of your settlement. Perhaps if you gave a brief outline on the thread (without obviously giving too much away) you may get a little better advice?0 -
Hi, have you got house insurance with legal cover? The cover may cover you for any employment issues.0
