2 lettered logo please!

I intend to design a tw lettered logo for a friend's law firm. For example the letter KB.

I have searched online most of them are too elaborate for my liking.

Any link to where i can do that for free will be appreciated.

I have played around with few only to discover that it was still somehow customised for the so called "free" companies

If you are looking to design your own and want some free software to help you do it try Gimp

You'd not want to design a logo using a bitmap editor, that wouldbe a huge mistake.

Design it using a vector drawing package, so it'll scale properly and be able to save as EPS for professional printing.

However if you don't have a clue, pay a designer, a bad logo reflects on a company.

I do hope the OP is going to charge them £300 an hour for their work, like my lawyer does. Not forgetting VAT, postage, and 'various disbursements'...
