we have been trying to claim back a ppi for over 18mths we used a no win no fee solicitor but not heard a thing we have to keep ringing them to chase this up any ideas on wot we could do next to hurry it up the ppi itself with blackhorse.

    The thing here is if you signed anything with them. If you did are you likely to be charged for withdrawing your complaint? Its no use complaining to MOJ on this as it sounds like you went straight to a solicitor and not through a claims management company first. If this is the case then you really need to look through this link and see if anything applies to you in withdrawing your claim with them. Hope you get this sorted.
