How do I buy Corp Bonds via Selftrade?

Hi,
I wanted to add som corp bonds to my S&S Self Select ISA (Selftrade).
However, every time I try to place order to buy it goes through to dealing and then a short time later I get a message saying the order is deleted. Tried several times same result.
The message is:
It was deleted for the following reason:
OFFERED AT xxx, ROUND LOTS OF yyy, NOTHING DONELL
... and it is not that I set too low an offer price.
So what am I doing wrong?
Thx

Are the round Lots larger than your Bid. ?
There may be a minimum tradeable size that is larger than your Bid
Bonds trade very differently to most Stock.
Are you specifying an amount you want to Invest instead of the nominal amount of Bonds you want to Buy ?
They will in most cases only trade in round nominals, so you cannot buy say £ 5,000 worth, if they are not trading at Par you will be able to buy £ 5,000 nominal, but not £ 5,000 worth... and it is not that I set too low an offer price
I would hope you are setting a BID price.'In nature, there are neither rewards nor punishments - there are Consequences.'0 -
