They did the same thing to my daughter, moved all her dd without authorisation from her and after she had changed her mind and for the account to be closed

Official complaint has been escalated I even have a complaints reference number etc. I phoned them to see what was happening and they stated I would here by the end of the week.

The guy said they will make an initial offer if that was not exceptable to me to tell them and they would up the offer and these where his words... Then he stated I could take it to the ombudsman. Fair one I suppose

I will update when I hear of their first offer

Got my first offer today and apology letter stating they had enclosed a cheque for £75.00. No cheque in envelope... phone them up to tell them no cheque to be advised to would be sent soon. apparantly it had to be ordered I told them not to bother as this offer was not acceptable, they r now looking into it again and be in contact in a further week. If I am still not happy I can go to the Ombundsman.
