Insurance help please!!!!
my ex partner had an accident in my car. She was going throught the process to make a claim against the other party involved in the accident. We had a bad split and now she has said that she is cancelling the claim. Hsa anyone got any idea where i stand and how i move forward in making a claim myself. She was making a claim through her own insurance as she wasnt on my own insurance at the time of the accident. Thankyou in advance. Chris.

well if she wasnt on your insurance but driving your car , she couldnt of claimed anyway. unless she was insured to drive other cars on her policy but then im sure its 3rd party only.0

Assuming the accident was the other drivers fault then contact their Insurers and ask them to repair you car0
