prepaid meters
hi everyone i'm on a prepayment meter for my gas because of some debt but they seem to be taking a lot of money off me i have already phoned them and asked for the amount to be reduced from £15.00 weekly and they said that they would reduce it to £9.00 thats the minimum apparantly now in one week i put £10 on they took £7 straight off the card and then my meter managed to use the £3 left overnight then (in the same week) i put another £15 in and they took another £10.50 straight off and it managed to use £4.50 overnight i wasnt even using any heating just hot water for my washing up and it had only used 30 pence before i went to bed ,is this normal i have emailed scottish power last week but no response what should i do
