I ordered a particular model of Miele vacuum cleaner from Cooperative Electricals after searching price comparison sites. It was cheaper by far.
I got a phone call from C.E. to tell me that they were out of stock but that they would upgrade to another model for the same price as I had paid online, if I was prepared to accept it.
You bet I was. The replacement model retailed at £244.00 elsewhere.
It was delivered the following day and it is the Bees Knees.
