Urgent advice needed - redundancy, appeal, grievance

Hi,
Hopefully someone might be able to help, or offer some advice.
I've been at risk since end of September (one of 3 people going) and have been negotiating a redundancy package for most of the time up until today.
I've been told if I don't accept this latest offer, I'll be dismissed on Friday, I assume with them reverting back to the original offer which was two weeks stat payment and pilon.
I've constantly queried how fair the selection of my role has been, I'm currently 24 weeks pregnant, which they knew, and two weeks after informing them, this all started. They've denied my pg had anything to with it, obviously, but have admitted to not having anything in writing to prove otherwise.
My questions are:
if I don't accept this redundancy offer, and they dismiss me on Friday, do I then raise a grievance and an appeal against the dismissal immediately?
OR can I accept this offer and still appeal on the grounds of unfair dismissal and grievance on sex discrim grounds (unless they ask me to sign a compromise agreement)?
I spoke to ACAS yesterday who told me that the companies way of doing everything 'stunk to high heaven' but thought I'd see if anyone knows whether I should start a grievance now, or wait until I'm dismisses.
Sorry, I'm just totally overwhelmed with having this on my mind for the past month and am trying to figure out whether to not accept and fight, accept and fight anyway (if poss) or just accept.
They've clearly not been able to demonstrate a fair selection process, but I don't know if I have the strength to take them all the way.
Any advice from anyone?

I would always advise following an appeals route first but you need to give us far more info re how this panned out (both consultation and selection) please.

At the moment we have your assertion they acted incorrectly but I have to say (without trying to be rude) the fact 2 others are also being made redundant makes it a fair bet that this whole thing was not started simply because you are pregnant. Also, the fact that the company has nothing in writing stating they were categorically not making you redundant due to pregnancy is neither here nor there. It's about how they can show you were objectively selected - not if they wrote 'and it's not because she's pregnant' on a form.

However, that does not in itself mean there are not other issues with the way the company has acted so please give us more info re process and I and others may be able to help.
