Outlook 2003 niggly problem..

Just installed Office 2003 on a new build pc, just finished configuring my email settings in Outlook and it's all set up and functioning fine...but I've encountered an annoying little problem when I click "New" to write a new email:

On my old pc the new email page size was always smaller than the Outlook window, but on this pc it always opens in full screen size. OK I know it's only an extra mouse click to hit the maximise/restore down button but does anyone here know of a setting so that it will remember to only open in the small size?

Hope that makes sense!

Thanks in advance, Dan.
