Cooperative Bank

Hi, I am new to this & have read some fab success stories.....I hope to be one.

Has anybody any info or feedback on refunding bank charges from the cooperative bank? I am approaching them from a genuine hardship angle?

Make sure you include an income and expenditure form(household income and expenditure), make sure you include notices of arrears and make sure you detail the lifestyle event that caused your income to drop incurring charges and how that has effected your ability to pay. If you do then I would hope that they would make an interim offer of a refund.
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
