key not working help
Options
i have recently set about changing suppliers and am in the process of doing so.
but i just went to top up my electric key, then i put it in the meter, the meter bleeped a few times, but the credit hasnt gone on,
now i believe i have to pay 7 quid for a replacemnt key? and will they credit my card with the top up i have just put on??
my question is when i get the change date of my supplier, what happens to the remaining credit???
im concerned that im going to have loads of credit and lose it all??

you will have to tell your supplier that the key they supplied you with does not work.
they may send someone to reset the meter if you have no credit.
the money already paid will go to your account but will not show on the meter, when changing supplier they will refund any moneys owed or send a bill if you owe any0 -
