Holiday destination ideas needed please

Hi,

We have decided to bite the bullet and book a family holiday abroad for the first time in 10 years. :TBut we dont know where to go at all.

There will be 8 adults & 2 children (12 & 11) so we were thinking 4 rooms

:oThe criteria we have to accomodate between everyone going is;

Budget maximum £650 each adult + Kids price
All inclusive as we are worried about the costs over there (should we avoid anywherewith the Euro)
Hot weather
Beach
Pool
Not thousands of screaming kids/brit bars/ drunken tourist so would prefer to avoid Ibiza etc
Entertainment that is not based on getting drunk
Scuba diving
Kids friendly activity
Massage/spa
Clean & range of food choice
