Capped For Free Online-Scottish Power

Just checking my gas/electricity statement at work.

Noticed that the account says "capped for free online", is anyone else on this package as its not listed down as one of their packages?

I know that about 6 months ago i was on a capped package but wasnt the one mentioned above!!!! Looks like they have automatically switched me over:rolleyes:

I was on this tariff. My advice is get off it as quickly as possible as it is very expensive. The only good thing about it was that if you are online you can see your annual consumption (assuming you have been entering it!) so it is easier to switch accurately to someone cheaper (which is nearly everyone!)

And don't believe their claims that they have cheaper tariffs - they do, but they have penalties to get out of.
