Hi people,
Im new to this site and just about to move out of my parents into a new apartment. Obviously I've got to decide who to go with for gas, elec etc? I haven't a clue how much we're going to use. There is only going to be the two of us and its a two bedroom apt.
Any tips appreciated.
Cheers

The best advice is don't move out from your parents - its expensive out there!!
Initially you have no option but to use the Utility provider currently supplying the house. Make sure you read the meters electricity, gas and water.
Contact the supplier immediately with those readings. Many people don't bother and find themselves paying for the previous occupant's consumption.
When you have settled in, read this forum and you will get an idea of the best deals - generally the internet tariffs are the cheapest.0 -
Thanks for that. I will be back after a couple of months and hopefully save a few quid!0
