Homebase nectar rip off!!

Options
My Mum recently bought a kitchen for 5k from Homebase, and only got 1000 nectar points added to her account, when it's supposed to be 2 points per pound spent:rolleyes:
Apparently Homebase only put a total of 1000 points per sale on your card. There was nothing in the shop to make customers aware of this:mad:

    I've been Money Tipped!
Is there a limit of 1000 per tranaction??
Good that you have pointed this out as not EVERYONE will be aware.
I'm not a big Nectar spender TBH.
Possibly split purchases where possible if you are concerned about building points up.

Brill............just informing them of your plan of attack may make them add the points rather than causing extra work.
