I have recently written to Black Horse to ask about reclaiming ppi, they have written back saying it was a subsidury of the company who I took out the PPI with and they have passed on the details to them.
Black Horse is the ONLY name on the agreement !
Nearly 2 weeks have passed now do I sent 2nd letter back to Black Horse as I have no contact details of other company

Did they tell you who this other company was that they wrote to?
