How to find out your phone number on t mobile?

My oh got a new sim card but has thrown the packaging and didnt write down the number. :rolleyes: He doesnt have credit to call someone elses phone so the number can come up and dont really wamt to buy credit if we can get the number another way. I know on vodafone you can text a number to get your phone number? If anyone can help id be grateful, thanks.

Try typing in *#100# and then pressing the button to make a call (green phone or whatever).

ok sorry I think that only works on Vodafone.

You could call customer services and they'll be able to tell you - I think the number is 150.

Otherwise, most phones have something in the menus that will let you see your own number. What model of phone is the SIM currently in?

#NUM# which is #686# is T mobile and press send.

If it's a phone running Symbian60 operating system

Contacts > options > sim contacts > sim directory >options > my numbers .

Have you tried phoning the number to top up? I know some providers tell you the number early on in the top-up process so you might be able to find out this way without actually topping the phone up.

Do you have a landline also?
From the mobile dial the landline number and hang up.
On the landline phone dial 1471 to get the number that just called.

Most phones have special numbers in the address book, as an option, showing your number and emergency numbers... Check the phone menus...
