************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.
For example:
<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>
When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT de!!!!!! registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

thanks

    Interesting (and childish) that you can put 'debugging' but not 'de!!!!!!', err, 'debug ger'...

    re-install/remove the program that is causing the problem - though from the message it isn't entirely clear which one it is

    Possibly - however rather than making a serious comment telboyo was probably referring to the fact that he thinks other OS's are better and that people shouldn't use windows....

    thanks. yes i did realise that but was thinking of up grading to windows 7 anyway. but i think i might of sorted the error. every time i bootup the laptop the emachine registration page comes up so have ticked don't ask again check box rebooted the lappy 3 times and now the error doesn't appear. so might of been the registration form that had the error. which I'm not to bothered about as i regestared when the laptop was new 6 months ago.
