We lost our digital camera on the second day of our long awaited holiday to Las Vegas.
We assumed it would be a straight forward claim on our holiday insurance policy.
It has taken more than two months, ten phone calls and many unanswered E-mails to finally receive a settlement for £176 minus TWO excesses of £50.
Hardly worth claiming!!
