put the dry ingredients in a bowl, in a jug beat the egg and the other liquid ingredients together.

I love the super 6 but I find living alone, I can't go through a large bag of carrots or parsnips in a week. Don't like swede. The other 3 - nice!

The baking pots from Llandudno were delicious today!!!! also got the carrots. Not much fruit this week tho.
