I read this at breakfast, so walked to aldi after the school drop off and made muffins with my daughter this afternoon.
I just use a basic muffin mix tthen add the blueberries to the batter.

    3 teaspoons baking powder
    half teaspoon salt
    4oz caster sugar
    1 egg
    8floz milk
    3fl oz vegetable oil

put the dry ingredients in a bowl, in a jug beat the egg and the other liquid ingredients together.
add the wet to dry and mix til just combined, then add the blueberries
Bake at 190 fan for 20-25 mins

Same here - I popped in this afternoon to do my weekly shop, on the way home, and noticed the 30% stickers. Never thought about buying them to freeze - might have to do that if they've still got some left next week.
