Hi there
I'm booking to go to America next year to stay in New York. Was wondering if there are comparison sites I can use to compare the cost of lfights from NYC to Boston as I want to visit family up there while I am in America. All comparison sites only do international flights from what I can see
Thanks

Is driving out of the question? Ill bet that's a really nice drive.
And only a little over 200 miles.0 -
Thanks- for some reason I thought it was further away. Geography was never my strong point! I guess I could drive but just wanted to see how much flights were0

The drive from New York to Boston is murder, absolute mayhem. Yes, it's only just over 200 miles but it took me 6 and a half hours there and the same back! Traffic is terrible over the Bronx Expressway.
I flew with JetBlue when I flew internally in America, I'm not sure of any comparison sites though sorry.
Bought is to buy. Brought is to bring.0 -
Yes I just put it into a route planner and estimated drive time was almost 5 hours and that is obviously for no traffic so think a flight would be best!0

using http://www.flybudget.com/
click on the "search airlines" then "North America" tab to see which budget airlines fly from A to B
Only Jetblue (budget airline) seem to fly direct to Boston (JFK)
However www.lastminute.com offer direct flights from (NYC) (all airports) from schedule airlines USairways,Delta,AA + Continental0 -
kayak.co.uk and will give you a price in £
kayak.com and will give you a price in $0 -

You can get the bus from Boston to Manhattan in four hours, door to door. You will be pushed to do the same by plane - remember that none of the NYC airports are particularly convenient!Gone ... or have I?0 -

Guess it's down to fortune.0 -
I would at least consider the train. Approx 4 hours from central NYC (Penn Station) to Boston.0

southwest.com fly between the two and allow 2 checked bags per passenger without an extra charge. They won't show up on the comparison sites, and don't penalise for one-way flights. They are unassigned seating though, if that bothers you.
As far as I know, all of the big 3rd party websites like expedia.co.uk, etc. will show you domestic US flights. We've used them before to book Chicago to Las Vegas.Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0
