Need help - offer made from bank

Need a little help and advice. Recieved a letter yesterday about an offer of £725 providing I clear my overdraft of £500 from First Trust Bank (northern Ireland).

The thing is I requested a total amounting to £3845 so would have liked a better offer as currently having a hard time paying other debts as well.

Then today the bank contacted me asking if I could come down and see them to discuss the offer they have made.

How should I go about this appointment? Haven't seen anywhere on the forum of banks asking their customers to come in to discuss the issue.

Any help would be made very welcome.

Northern Irish banks do work differently. They may want to discuss borrowing to clear borrowing so decline this because borrowing money over a longer period does not reduce your debts. The offer is ok ish.
Do you have priority debt arrears(mortgage or rent, council tax, utilities)?
Do you have non priority debt arrears(credit card, store cards, catalogues, loans)?
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
