Hi again LATL,
Mackenzie Hall will just be the debt collectors working on behalf of one of your original creditors, I'm sure.
Just forward your letter to the OR and it'll all come out in the wash.

PS. I was with the Manc OR too. We could have had the same examiner!New Year, New Me!!!Weight loss mission 2012 has officially begun!!:jLoss so far: 3 stone 4lbs:j0 -

Its just that im sure, whilst browsing on here for the past 6 months, I have read that any debts not included in your BR forms that you fill in, are not included in the eventual bankruptcy??
For DRO's debt has to be listed to be included, but for BR all debts are covered whether listed or not.
Suspect one of your creditors has sold the debt on to Mackenzie Hall.0 -
Hi CG77,
I hope youre right, you probably are.
I just dont want anything to go wrong after being so meticulous about my debts and making sure that everything is correct!!!
Maybe we do have the same examiner??
I wont go into any detail on here though for obvious reasons!!;):D
"walls have ears"!!
Hi JCS1,
Thanks for your info bud. Your are right (I hope)hehehe:D
Will ring my examiner tomorrow.0 -
Everything will work out fine and dandy, the OR sorts it all out that's what you pay em for. I have found OR's and their pals very cool and very understanding. Give them a ring if you need to, they are always willing to help;)Better to be poor than a slave to wealth

Let your OR know and never contact them.BR 22/10/2009 ED 08/07/20100 -
Hi
I had lots of problems with Mackenzie Hall they worked on behalf of black horse who were one of my biggest creditors, i went BR in March and they wrote to me and said they had an outstanding balance of over 10k and they would still write to me every few months with statements and letters until is was paid off:eek: I rang the OR who had informed them 3 times and they still didnt accept it until I sent them 2 BR copies of my order and then they went all quiet, me thinks it maybe something to do with the letter that i sent to them with it stating that if they continued to harrass me i would have no choice but to get the OR to take action
Hence to say nothing in as many months. :T Put all the letters in a pile and have a bonfire party and chuck them all on there, it made me feel better when i burnt them !:rotfl:0 -
Hi everyone.
Well ive rang my OR and she just laughed and said "let ME deal with that".
Its the best answer to a question ive heard in a long long time!!
I personally think shes a member of the A-TEAM!!
The way she answered was as if to say "I pity the fool"!!!!
Pure class!!!
Had a smile on my face all day.:D:D:D
Thanks for the responses guys!:T0 -
