AVIS Car Hire: HELP
Comments
-
If you didn't return the car at all, they would have taken another £500 odd quid.
You gave the car back so you were £380 better off that month than the previous month.
It's nobody elses fault you didn't have £60 to stick some fuel in the car, seems a pointless argument.
I'm inclined to say everyone knows you get fleeced if you don't refuel a hire car, it seems you didn't though.
If they only charged the going rate, no-one would bother refuelling it so they would have to constantly refuel every car on return.
They charge more for the hassle, and to act as a deterrent.0
