Looking for best prices for central heating system

I am looking for a complete new central heating system with a Baxi Duo tec combi boiler and 12 Rads (its a church to house conversion). My next door neighbour is also looking to source some replacement rads for himself and his brother which will bring the total rads to 32 so a good number which I hope will get me some decent discount.

so far, Mr Central Heating seems the best. Does anyone have any other advice for me. I live in the South Wales Valleys.

Many thanks

To be honest I just looked at their prices they do not seem that cheap to me.

They are over £150 more expensive for a Vaillant Combi Boiler Pack I just bought - try calling 01226369637.

I look around on Ebay - then contact the suppliers directly

With the money you will hopefully save perhaps look at Vaillant or Remeha - I have never rated Baxi (had bad experiences) but others are quite happy with them

Thanks for that I have sent them an email and they will send me a quote. Looking at the website though their boiler (baxi) doesnt seem as cheap as Mr Central Heating But maybe with the amount I will be buying I will get some good discounts to bring it lower. Thanks again.

The secret is to ask them about boiler packages - not individual items

recontacted them but they replied saying that they could not beat Mr C H because he uses cheaper import rads rather than stelrads that they use.

Do you think this will be a problem though?

I think you should shop around - get a price for the boiler pack - boiler, clock, flue and accessories from one place

Look on Ebay for radiator packs - what is the size of the property?

I know of an excellent plumber operating from PontyPool whose doing work for us and our best friends and MUCH cheaper than anyone else. Prefers Vaillants....

The biggest room is what will be the lounge 17 x 24 x 20 high which I intend putting 3 large rads in plus 4 more downstairs rooms plus 24 x 15 kitchen diner and later on in time, 2 rooms above. So a pretty big house when finished.
