It is my Aunts 60th next year and she has requested the whole family travel with her to Costa Rica to celebrate.
She has asked me to arrange it all and I am finding it really difficult as I know no one who has been there or who can recommend a resort etc?
Also she has asked for condo's rather than Hotel, near to the beach and where animals roam the grounds
Has anyone been to Costa Rica? can anyone recommend condo's? beaches? resorts etc?
Cheers

I've been to Costa Rica :j Its LOVELY.
But no idea about the sort of place shes after. Where did she get the idea from?
Have you looked into the eco lodges? on the Caribbean side?
To me Costa Ricas not really the sort of place to go to and stay in a resort its a travel round and see it all type place, as its such a small country. A day or 3 at a beach, few days in a cloud forest, couple of days at Arenal....

Hi :hello:
From my research we will need to stay on the Carribean side as
Wildlife season - Feb to October and we will be going in October so we will get the wild life on the Carribean coast.
Think maybe that's what she is talking about the free roaming animals etc.
She doesnt want to stay in a resort, sorry my OP was misleading. She def wants to rent a condo etc and with children of all ages ranging from 1yr -17yrs in our group we will need all types of activities to keep them entertained.
Will take a look at the link.
