Abbey ppi

Abbey loan now in hands of Hillesden Securities, posted letter and £1 postal order last week in return for CCA.

Today have received letter from them acknowledging payment and stating they do not have original CCA agreement but will request from Abbey.

States if they cannot get a copy of the original, they will get a true copy.

Now..... am I stupid or are these copies different somehow?

    No your not stupid hun.;)

There are bank copies as well, they can vary to what I know of, I have 2 different ones here from one bank, I thought it was odd as well though.

Hope you receive this soon, fingers crossed.X

Should have mentioned in original post, sent same letter to 1st credit (Marbles card) got very standard response yesterday of

    "Dear Sir/Madam.

We have received your correspondance and passed it to the relevant department and they will contact you in due course"

No acknowledgement of my £1 postal order or even what my request was.

What should I do about them? Wait for a week, or write again.....

    Hi there

It should take approx 12 days for them to send your agreement to you, however, allow a few extra days due to postal disputes and you can if you want to give them a quick ring to make sure they are dealing with it.

In regards of reclaiming, they have 8 weeks in full to respond.;)
