Credit Card Mess

Hi guys, Currently in a bit of a muddle with my credit cards, im 21 and currently employed full time earning around 1.2k per month after tax. Now i currently have 3 credit cards and 1 store card on the go;
- Natwest Balance: £377 - Limit: £400
- Lloyds Balance: £695 - Limit: £750
- TheAA Balance: £2450 - Limit: £2500
- Next Balance: £340 - Limit: £400
- My outgoings are; £400 rent £50 phone £40 petrol £75 - £100 other outgoings etcNow what im looking to do is transfer all to either one credit card so it is in one manageable place, but the only issue i have is my credit file is not exactly in good condition due me being stupid which i kick myself now for. Any words of advice what to prioritise, is it wise to move it to one place? Thanks Chris

The good news is you have plenty of disposable income and relatively low balances.
Initially just pay the minimum payments on all cards except the one with the highest APR. Pay that off as quickly as possible, then start work on the next highest.
If your credit rating isn't great, just deal with the fact the balance is spread over a few cards. You can't shift around much at the moment as you have no available credit.0
