Midlands Turf, Steer Well Clear!

My boyfriend and I have been having a dreadful time with this company, and I'd urge you all to steer clear.
We ordered some turf from them and paid extra for the good quality, seeded (not meadow) turf. It arrived on time (which was good) but on closer inspection, the rolls seemed to contain a lot of clover and some dead, yellowing grass. We called up to complain and were told that it had been treated that day and the clover would die off in the next few days. When we rolled the turf out, we were surprised to see that about a quarter of the turf was covered in clover with one strip being nothing but clover! it was also covered in sheep poo! we were definately given the lower quality meadow grass and to make matters worse, they hadn't even given us the full amount of turf we'd paid for!
Wanting to take advantage of their 30 day no quibble guarantee, we called the company back. The manager was on holiday. The lady we spoke to was very helpful in giving us the manager's mobile numbers, but they were both 'conveniently' on holiday until Saturday (past the 30 day limit) when we did finally get through to a manager (on the number that's published on their site) we were shouted at for calling at half 6 on a Saturday (opening hours on the website say 8-8 Monday to Saturday)
I've been absolutely gobsmacked at the level of service and the rude treatment of their customers, and I've seen a lot of bad service in my time.
Seriously, to shout at a customer who calls during office hours is truly a disgrace. I don't think we're going to get this matter sorted any time soon and I strongly urge you to get your turf elsewhere!
