Text from Barclaycard

On Saturday I received a text from Barclaycard asking me to call them on 0844 811 0037.
Everytime I try and call I get a message saying that due to an evacuation they are unable to take my call - please try later!!
This morning I phoned customer services who tell me there is nothing obvious on my account as to what the text relates to and that they have no idea what department that pone number relates to!
Has anyone ever managed to get through to this number and find out what it was about?

I have a hunch it's legit. The number prefix 0844 811 matches some of the numbers shown here:
http://www.barclaycard.co.uk/personal-home/customer-service/contact-list/index.html
I also recall reading about customers receiving texts from Barclaycard asking them to confirm their last 4 transactions, as some sort of anti-fraud measure. It may possibly be related to this:

I'm fairly sure it's genuinely Barclaycard. The first 7 digits of the number are the same as their customer services number and when the call is answered it's the same recorded message saying thank-you for calling Barclaycard as you get when you call the CS number.
Can't see how it'd be a scam as you can't ever get through to anyone?!xxx Nikki xxx0
